Sound Healing With Singing Bowls
A vibrational journey to inner balance, deep rest, and energetic alignment.
What Is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is the therapeutic use of sound frequencies to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Using crystal or metal singing bowls, I create resonant tones and vibrations that interact with your body's energy field—helping to shift tension, clear stagnation, and promote a state of deep relaxation and healing.
Sound is one of the most ancient and intuitive tools for healing. It bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to the nervous system, offering a gentle yet powerful reset for the body and spirit.
Benefits of Sound Healing
Sound healing may help with:

Reducing anxiety and nervous system overload

Relieving physical tension and chronic pain

Improving sleep and mental clarity

Balancing the energy centers (chakras)

Easing emotional overwhelm or heaviness

Enhancing meditation and spiritual connection
What to Expect in a Session
In a typical session, you'll lie comfortably on a treatment table or mat, fully clothed and supported with pillows or blankets if needed. The singing bowls will be played around your body—and in some cases, on your body (if you choose)—to allow the sound and vibration to move through your energy field and physical tissues.
You may feel subtle shifts, emotional release, warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of peace and spaciousness. The experience is deeply meditative and often leaves clients feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Sessions may be offered on their own or in combination with Reiki and other modalities, depending on your needs.
Why Sound Healing Works
Each part of the body vibrates at its own natural frequency. When stress, trauma, or illness disrupts that harmony, sound can help restore it. The tones produced by singing bowls create a soothing environment that encourages brainwave shifts, slows the heart rate, and invites the body into a parasympathetic "rest and repair" state.
Research has shown that sound healing may reduce anxiety, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, and support mental clarity. It's a safe, non-invasive practice that complements both holistic and conventional care.
Who is Sound Healing For?
Sound healing is for anyone open to receiving. It's especially helpful for those who have a hard time quieting the mind, who feel energetically "off," or who are looking for a deeply nourishing way to support their health and well-being. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.
